The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) filed a motion and amicus brief Thursday evening with the federal district court in Galveston urging it to allow a lawsuit to proceed against the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) for its misleading statements against ivermectin.

Gavin Newsom is still mum on whether he’ll sign a bill put on his desk by the state legislature last month that would criminalize doctors for spreading “misinformation”. The deadline to sign is this Friday, September 30, and the clock is ticking. Writing in the Daily Caller, Dr. Paul Marik adds to the chorus of voices calling on Newsom to send this bill to the ash heap of history (where it belongs).

Above all, they warned the world that, “thou shalt not say ‘ivermectin’”— when ivermectin was in fact the key component that helped save close to 230 million people in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh at the height of the pandemic.

Dr. Pierre Kory joined USA Watchdog with Greg Hunter recently to talk about the war on doctors, the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)—which is trying to discredit and de-certify doctors who don’t think like they do—post-vaccine symptoms and treatment.

A lawsuit has been filed against the Department of Health and Human Services by Drs. Robert Apter, Mary Talley Bowden and the FLCCC’s Chief Scientific Officer, Dr. Paul Marik. The plaintiffs argue that the FDA acted outside of its authority and illegally interfered with their ability to practice medicine by directing the public, including health professionals and patients, to not use ivermectin, a drug that has received full FDA approval for human use.

As practicing physicians, the FLCCC doctors have seen more and more patients seeking help with chronic side effects from vaccines and from prior COVID infection. Many of these patients have been disparaged and sneered at by healthcare workers who refuse to acknowledge that their symptoms may have derived from vaccination. Too often they are sent home with little to no relief and told ‘there’s nothing we can do.’
