Lies I Taught in Medical School

Lecture abstract:

Dr. Robert Lufkin addresses a provocative reality in his lecture, “Lies I Taught in Medical School”: the possibility that half of what is taught in medical school might be wrong. He shares his personal transition from a firm believer in traditional medical and dietary guidelines to a skeptic who confronts health challenges unresolved by conventional methods. Through reevaluating accepted medical beliefs and engaging with scientific research, Lufkin highlights the effectiveness of lifestyle modifications over prescription medications for chronic diseases. His journey emphasizes the dynamic nature of medical science, advocating for medical professionals and patients to embrace flexibility and open-mindedness in their approach to health and longevity.
