Did you know that your child has probably already had COVID? According to the CDC, by October 2022, more than 95% of children had COVID antibodies.
When your child has COVID, make sure you feed them healthy foods, have them wash their hands, get sleep and get outside if they are feeling well enough! Try not to panic, and don’t make them wear a mask or isolate.
You can help your child boost their immune system by giving them foods with quercetin, like onions, apples with the peel, cherry tomatoes, kale, blueberries and broccoli.
Make sure you give zinc with food, as it can make children feel nauseous if given on an empty stomach.
