Overview of the I-RECOVER Post Vaccine Syndrome Protocol

Lecture abstract:

My lecture will focus on the approach to the vaccine-injured patient laid out in the I-RECOVER long COVID and post-vaccine protocols. We will look at the incidence of vaccine adverse events, the pathophysiologic processes that contribute to the vast spectrum of injuries, and the treatment approaches FLCCC recommends.

The two major elements of the treatment approach include

  1. eliminating the spike protein by stimulating autophagy and
  2. limiting the pathologic consequences of the spike protein, i.e., inflammation, mitochondrial dysfunction, clotting and improving microvascular blood flow.

In addition, we suggest targeted therapies for specific symptom complexes such as tinnitus, brain fog, small fiber neuropathy, and so on.

About the Speaker

A pioneer in the practice of critical care medicine, Paul Marik has had an immeasurable impact on the practice of medicine during his 30-year career. He is responsible for developing several revolutionary protocols, most notably for treating sepsis. With over 500 peer-reviewed journal articles, 80 book chapters and four critical care books, Dr. Marik is the second-most published critical care physician in the world.

In April 2020, Dr. Marik and seven colleagues founded FLCCC to create and share effective prevention and treatment therapies for COVID-19. Comprised of readily available FDA-approved medications and supplements, the FLCCC protocols have been used by patients and healthcare professionals globally.

Dr. Marik’s career in medicine began in 1989 in Soweto, South Africa. He moved to the UnitedStates in 1992, working at Wayne State University, Detroit Receiving Hospital, and several other facilities in the northeast before eventually settling at East Virginia Medical School (EVMS) in2009. In early 2022, Dr. Marik retired from his position at EVMS to dedicate more time to leading the FLCCC and fighting to protect the doctor-patient relationship.
