A daily dose of 300-400 mg of Magnesium is safe and beneficial in pregnancy. Omega-3 fatty acids help with brain development in the baby N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) 600mg daily appears to be safe in pregnancy.
Data does not support safety of these supplements during pregnancy:
• Melatonin
• Curcumin
• Resveratrol
• Spermidine
Avoid these supplements while pregnant:
• Quercetin
• Nigella Sativa
