FLCCC Alliance Welcomes 10 New Senior Fellows to International Fellowship Program
Global Expansion of FLCCC Fellowship Program Now Includes 16 Countries, Representing 30 Medical Specialties Worldwide
Washington, D.C. (June 18, 2024) — The FLCCC Alliance proudly announces the addition of 10 new senior fellows to its International Fellowship Program. This expansion includes four distinguished professionals from the United States and nine esteemed experts from around the world, further broadening the reach and impact of the FLCCC’s mission to promote Honest Medicine, ethical practices, and scientific integrity on a global scale.
The new senior fellows bring additional clinical expertise adding to the already diverse set of medical and scientific specialties, enhancing the FLCCC’s ability to address a wide range of health issues and foster a healthier, more informed global community. With new senior fellows residing in Australia, Zimbabwe, and South Africa, we’ve added two more continents, totaling six, to the program’s breath of geographical representation.

Brief bios of the new FLCCC international senior fellows are below (alphabetical by last name):
- Ian Brighthope, senior fellow, nutritional & environmental medicine
Professor Ian Brighthope, MBBS, is a Senior Fellow specializing in Nutritional and Environmental Medicine from Australia. Graduating in 1974 from Monash University, Dr. Brighthope has pioneered the field of integrative medicine. He founded the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM) and served as its president for over 25 years. Dr. Brighthope’s career includes developing innovative treatments such as megadose intravenous Vitamin C therapy and chelation therapy. He has published extensively and received numerous awards, including the 2018 Award from the National Institute of Integrative Medicine for his outstanding contributions. Dr. Brighthope continues to advocate for integrating nutritional and environmental practices into mainstream healthcare.
- Fabio Burigana, senior fellow, gastroenterology
Dr. Fabio Burigana is a Senior Fellow specializing in Gastroenterology. He graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1979 and became a specialist in Gastroenterology and Digestive Endoscopy in 1983. Dr. Burigana has extensive experience in hospital settings and currently practices as a freelance medical professional. He is the president of the Medicine and Complexity Association, holding the position for over 10 years and fostering international collaborations. Under his leadership, the association won the national Terzani Prize for the Humanization of Medicine. Dr. Burigana practices anthroposophical medicine, integrating conventional approaches with holistic, humanistic perspectives. Since 2020, he has coordinated the Ippocrateorg Association, overseeing care for 70,000 individuals affected by COVID-19. He also leads the “Hippocratic School: Scuola di Ippocrate,” merging scientific advancements with a humanistic approach.
- Angus Dalgleish, senior fellow, oncology
Dr. Angus Dalgleish is a Senior Fellow specializing in oncology with over three decades of experience in cancer immunotherapy. He obtained his medical degree from University College London, where he also earned a BSc in Anatomy. Dr. Dalgleish has contributed significantly to the understanding of HIV and its link to cancer and is a co-founder of Onyvax, focusing on developing vaccines for solid tumors. He holds numerous fellowships and has authored or co-authored hundreds of peer-reviewed papers and medical book chapters. Currently, he is a Professor of Oncology at St. George’s University of London, specializing in melanoma, prostate, pancreatic, and glioma cancers.
- Naseeba Kathrada, senior fellow, holistic medicine & nutrition
Dr. Naseeba Kathrada, MbChb, is a Senior Fellow specializing in Holistic Medicine and Nutrition based in South Africa. Known as Dr. Kat, she earned her medical degree from the University of Natal Durban (now Nelson R Mandela School of Medicine). Dr. Kat specializes in weight management and nutrition, having developed over 20 natural supplements for chronic medical conditions and weight loss. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she established the Covid Home Management Team network and founded VukaSa (Awaken South Africa) to empower global audiences on self-care and wellness.
- Vibeke Manniche, senior fellow, public health & epidemiology
Dr. Vibeke Manniche, MD, PhD, is a Senior Fellow specializing in Public Health and Epidemiology from Denmark. She is a scientist and author who has extensively researched and published on batch-dependent safety issues with Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine. Dr. Manniche has been a vocal critic of lockdowns, mask mandates, vaccine mandates, and COVID passports, facing censorship and personal harassment for her views. Despite these challenges, she remains committed to her Hippocratic oath, emphasizing “First do no harm.” Dr. Manniche is also the author of 35 books, primarily focused on children’s and women’s health.
- Chris Martenson, senior fellow, toxicology
Dr. Chris Martenson, PhD, is a Senior Fellow specializing in Toxicology. He is an economic researcher and futurist, renowned for his expertise in energy and resource depletion. Dr. Martenson is the founder of Peak Prosperity, an online community focused on building understanding and encouraging small actions towards solutions. He gained prominence as an early econoblogger who accurately forecasted the housing market collapse and stock market correction. His seminal video seminar, ‘The Crash Course,’ and his book, ‘Prosper!,’ have been influential in educating the public on economic resilience. During COVID-19, his video series garnered over 40 million views, helping millions adapt to the pandemic.
- Kimberly Milhoan, senior fellow, pediatric
Dr. Kimberly Milhoan, FASA, is a Senior Fellow specializing in Pediatric Anesthesiology based in Kihei, Hawaii. She holds a B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University and obtained her medical degree from the University of California Davis School of Medicine where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Milhoan completed her anesthesiology residency at the University of Health Science Center in San Antonio (UTHSCSA), where she served as chief resident. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology and a Fellow of the American Society of Anesthesiology. Dr. Milhoan is the president and co-founder of For Hearts and Souls, a non-profit organization dedicated to the international care of children with congenital heart disease.
- Brooke Miller, senior fellow, family & emergency medicine
Dr. Brooke Miller, MD, is a Senior Fellow specializing in Family and Emergency Medicine. He is a board-certified Family Practice physician with 38 years of clinical experience. Dr. Miller currently practices in Washington, Virginia, where he and his wife, Ann, own and operate Miller Family Health and Wellness PLLC. His clinical interests include health and wellness promotion, disease prevention, and the treatment and reversal of chronic diseases through lifestyle changes and a healthy diet. Dr. Miller has been an advocate for medical freedom and the sanctity of the doctor-patient relationship.
- Renata Moon, senior fellow, pediatrics
Dr. Renata Moon, MD, FCP, is a Senior Fellow specializing in Pediatrics. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with degrees in biochemistry and medicine and has been actively practicing clinical pediatrics for over 25 years. Dr. Moon is board certified in both General Pediatrics and Pediatric Hospital Medicine. As a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine, she has taught countless medical students and residents. Dr. Moon is an advocate for informed consent and freedom of speech, especially in the context of medical education, and the doctor-patient relationship.
- Jackie Stone, senior fellow, holistic & integrative medicine
Dr. Jackie Stone, MBChB, is a Senior Fellow specializing in Holistic and Integrative Medicine based in Zimbabwe. She graduated Cum Laude with an MBChB from the University of Cape Town and pursued an honors degree in Medical Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics. Dr. Stone is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians in the UK, with notable contributions to HIV treatment and prevention. She has extensive experience in Travel Medicine, Aviation Medicine, and Rural and Remote Medicine. Dr. Stone is currently the Medical Director and Clinical Lead for Innovation and Research at Intellectus Campus, where she advocates for practical, affordable, and safe solutions tailored to the African demographic.
