Frank Thiboutot tells his story For The Record about how he lost his beautiful wife of 32 years, Judie Valle. The EMTs wouldn’t allow him to accompany them to the hospital. He could see her face through the rear window of the ambulance as they drove out of the driveway. That was the last time he saw her until they called him 10 days later to come in and say his goodbyes.
