In my case the greatest influence in my overall health and wellness can be attributed to my vegan lifestyle which I adopted 35 years ago. You may see a lot of disinformation and/or contrary opinions about a strict vegetable based diet but I have devoted almost half my life to analyzing and researching the benefits of not only a whole food plant based diet but the vegan lifestyle as well. And the truth is I am betting my life on being vegan.

When I started my vegan journey it only took a few months in from my mostly vegetable based SAD diet to realize the positive impacts on my body. Over the years I discovered that my immunity had grown very strong since I was never getting sick from the typical seasonal stuff like colds and flu. My biggest danger was from physical injuries and then I realized that I was healing faster than I had ever done before. So during this time I only supplemented my diet with a daily multivitamin and nutritional yeast for the B12.

Then along comes Covid in late 2019. I was adamant about not taking an experimental drug and relied upon my strong immunity to carry me through the “pandemic.” I stumbled upon Dr Been and his medical lectures and started watching and learning. Concurrently I discovered the FLCCC and found a group of people that I could relate to. Again more watching and learning and eventually I discovered a new path that included nutritional supplements that I believe will continue to support and improve my immune system and keep me healthy for the remainder of my life. Since 2020 I have added the following to my daily supplement regimen: Berberine, Brazil Nuts, Ivermectin, Magnesium Glycinate, NAC, Omega-3, Potassium Citrate, Pumpkin Seeds, Ouercetin, Taurine, Turmeric, Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2 Mk7, and Zinc Glycinate. I have used Ashwagandha, Melatonin, Vitamin C, Vitamin D2, and Nattokinase in the past and am considering LDN for a mild case of tinnitus. I have learned a lot in the past 3 years about microbiology and cellular chemistry thanks to the FLCCC and Dr Been in particular. I am fascinated by the mechanisms of action of so many different substances and the intricacies involved in the cell.

As an active 75 year old male I have my medical issues. BPH has been with me for 10 years. Hence the use of Ivermectin, Potassium Citrate, Pumpkin Seeds, and Zinc Glycinate. Senescence has finally caught up with me in the form of muscle atrophy and flabby skin. I recently added the Taurine and immediately noticed the senescence and atrophy disappear. Most people think I am in my late 50’s by my physical appearance. I attribute my healthy look to my vegan diet. Since most people are deficient in zinc, magnesium and vitamin D, especially vegans, these supplements have become an important component of my immunity program. And then there is IVM. With so many MOA’s attributed to IVM and the safety profile established as fact over the years, I am convinced that the use of IVM as a prophylactic for so many conditions and potential ailments, that it makes sense to keep this supplement at the top of my list.

So this has been and continues to be my approach to maintaining a strong and effective immune system for the rest of my life. It seems to be working well for me and perhaps it could be a blueprint for your own immunity program.

Thanks vegandan very much for your note, very interesting.

You had me going looking up Taurine on our website, and it gets a considerable mention on page 20 in the Brain Health Guide. https://covid19criticalcare.com/protocol/brain-health/. Sounds like a supplement we need to look into.

Since I suspect my immune system is already activated I have to be very careful about “boosting” my immune system. I take vitamin D3 at 7000 IU per day to support my vitamin D level.

One other thing I take is Lauricidin, to prevent bacterial infection.

There are Chinese medicine products with fungal spores that are said to boost immune system, but they might not be safe in this post COVID world.
