So…. what is everyone watching and reading? What are your never miss it items?

I have a few things that I never miss and then lots that I regularly read/watch.

    On my never miss list:

Coffee & Covid substack — every day ( https://www.coffeeandcovid.com/ ) — there are tons of fabulous substacks that I read but this one is a never miss because it gives a great daily overview of what’s happening in medical freedom & world events.

FLCCC Weekly webinars every Wed @ 7PM ET (https://covid19criticalcare.com/category/weekly-webinars/)

VSRF weekly webinars every Thurs @ 7PM ET (https://rumble.com/c/VaccineSafetyResearchFoundation)

Scroll through Twitter — every day (love the Medical Freedom fighters on Twitter!). This often leads me to great podcasts & webinars as well as keeping up on what’s happening.

Excellent choices Karen. I try to watch / listen to all of the same plus CCCA (Canadian Citizens Care Alliance) roundtable, every Wednesday night. If you’re interested in joining CCCA, contact me for info.

Thank you! Looking forward to getting her book.

In May of 22 about a week after the Fisman study was released, I wrote an article highlighting the critiques of many doctors and scientists that came flooding in rebuking Fisman’s ‘work’.

I hadn’t looked at that piece in a long time — amazing to look back and see what incredible scholarship was on top of this data and how many of those doctors and scientists are still sounding the alarms when bad science hits the publications.

Coffee and Covid every day. Unfortunately, the comment section is also a must (unfortunate because I spend way too much time in there:I )

Know what you mean about the comment section! Fabulous, but I always have to set myself a time limit. Amazing how many comments there are.

Feel the same way about Dr. Malone’s substack — the comment section is almost always extensive and filled with lots of good commentary and information.

Just listening to Dr. McCullough’s latest episode on his McCullough Report podcast — “How China Got Control of Americas Drug Supply”. Recommended listening.

    Eye opening and terrifying!

I would add several additional resources for legit medical information that I follow:

substack “A Midwestern Doctor from the Forgotten Side of Medicine”

substack “Lightning Bug” by Scott Marsland

substack – Dr. Pierre Kory’s column

The Epoch Times – All Epoch Health articles.

I missed two of the best sources for medical information in my earlier text.

They are Whole Body Health with Dr. Saleeby and Long Story Short with Dr. Bean. You can access both through the FLCCC Alliance website – go to education and then courses, or simply type in the search bar.

The amount of information being shared in these two resources is outstanding and its free!

Besides the weekly FLCCC videos, the main health care provider I follow is Dr. Ken Berry on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/@KenDBerryMD/featured). He is a general practitioner who does a lot of analysis/debunking of medical studies and bases his recommendations on proven historical/paleoanthropological health practices. His book, Lies My Doctor Told Me is a master class on long-standing myths that doctors and the public repeat despite strong evidence to the contrary. He doesn’t do much on Covid, but is very much into proper nutrition for better health. Many people’s results/testimonials are beyond amazing, particularly for weight loss and reversing type-2 diabetes.

I’ve just started reading Dr. Jason Fung’s book The Complete Guide to Fasting. I follow intermittent fasting and have done a few 1-3 day fasts. I’ve decided to read a book by the leading expert to see what else I can learn on the subject.
