What is the difference between Natto and Lumbrokinase? How to know which one to take? Also, so many supplement ingredients are supplied through China. Even Boluke is thru China. Also: Do these need to be enteric coated? How do we choose a quality supplement?

From my one purchase and limited research, nattokinase is primarily out of Japan and is widely supported as a Covid spike protein defense. I don’t know anything about lumbrokinase and it’s potential benefits. If you are interested in counteracting spike, then I’d concentrate on nattokinase and check on where it is sourced from.

there are excellent tools on both natto and lumbro on the FLCCC website under tools and guides. Printable with a lot of info on them. Natto is made from fermented soybeans so if you have mast cell activation syndrome or histamine issues you might not be able to take. Check with a functional medicine doc who knows both of them.
