    Hi

Can anyone please tell me the dosage for foggy brain and lethargy in a 72 year old weighing 180lbs!

    With food or empty stomach

I read that normally eg for parasites it’s empty stomach but for my symptoms with food?

FLCCC early treatment protocol has a table at the bottom of this page with ivermectin dosage by weight. Yes, the protocols advise taking with food.

    For 180 lbs:
    0.2 mg/kg dose would be 16mg – 17mg

    0.3 mg/kg dose would be 23mg – 26 mg
    0.4 mg/kg dose would be 31mg – 35 mg

    0.6 mg/kg dose would be 47mg – 52 mg

Not sure which protocol you are looking to use. Here is the long Covid and long Vax protocols as well:

Everything that Karen said in her post is the absolutely best answer for you. You should also know that in addition to taking it with food, there is a school of thought that it should be taken with a fatty meal for better absorption, and you should not take ivermectin at the same time as quercetin. So, if you are taking ivermectin and quercetin as part of your protocol, take one at lunch and the other closer to dinner or after dinner. I have also been told that quercetin is best taken on an empty stomach, but I have not found that in any of the FLCCC protocols.
