Ivermectin as a cancer cure (or preventative)?

on December 27, 2024 at 10:46 am ESTI am hearing that Ivermectin is being used in cancer therapy successfully on certain types of cancer and I am interest in more information on this subject. If it does work, I would suspect there might be a preventative nature as well. If that is the case, I’d like to find out suggested dosage and frequency, not only for cancer prevention, but also for flu, etc., prevention.

I’ve been taking 100mg/day Ivermectin prescribed and delivered by a Compounding Pharmacy near me for over a year and I’ve only seen tumor growth. I suspect it may help to reduce or mitigate chemotherapy side effects because I had none. The chemotherapy worked well after only 4 infusions my tumor was reduced by a little over 80%. It was diagnosed in Nov. 2022. They do give you a lot of drugs for nausea, upset stomach and vomiting but I had none of those effects. I’m not a doctor but believe if Ivermectin does work for cancer it’s likely effective to some degree for breast and prostate cancer. I have Stage 4 Metastatic Lung Cancer and it’s done nothing for me. I tried Fenbendazole also at a dosage of 1000mg/day for months, then 1500mg/day for 2 weeks, then 2000mg/day for 2 weeks and it had no effect. My last CT Scan last week still showed tumor growth. I’m starting chemotherapy again next week. That’s worked very well for me. Carboplatin + Pemetrexed.

This is from FLCCC’s Cancer Care Manual, put together by Dr. Paul Marik: “The optimal dosing strategy with ivermectin [for cancer treatment] is unclear. De Castro et al reported the use of
1mg/kg/day for up to 6 months in three pediatric patients with refractory AML without
untoward side effects. (660) Ishiguro et al reported the use of ivermectin 12 mg twice
weekly. (661)”

I’ve used it successfully with my cancer patients for years

I’ve been reading a lot on that also and have put together a reference source of information in case you are interested.

Hi jrusky – Great question. Thank you.
Kelly B, our CEO, got onto Dr. Marik and his response was – “I am not aware of any data where ivermectin has been used to prevent cancer.”
We go by the data, so that’s the official FLCCC position on your question. Hope this helps.

My sister-in-law was diagnosed with breast cancer with mets to lymph and spine a year and a half ago. She did do the traditional chemo radiation mastectomy treatment, however she does follow Dr. Thomas seifried ‘s methods to treat cancer as a metabolic disease versus genetic. She takes ivermectin and other meds that are off label for cancer. After 7 months of treating cancer through Dr. Seyfried’s methods, Mediterranean diet, chemo and radiation, her cancer was undetectable by PET scan in any of the three places. She also used hyperbaric chamber for treatment as well. Someone else on here replied with all the links that you can follow for Dr. Pierre, Corey and Paul Merrick’s info on cancer, also Dr. Seifried has YouTube videos as well as books on how to treat cancer metabolically.

Cancer and Repurposed Drugs – Ivermectin
https://covid19criticalcare.com/cancer-and-repurposed-drugs
“So I thought, given the great challenge there is in trying to find a clinical study using a repurposed medication that costs 10 cents a pill, how about an observational study? I sorted out a proper observational study, funded by the patients themselves, who were saying, ‘I’ve heard about ivermectin or mebendazole, I would like to enroll’. Then I contributed my experience to glean any information which might be found. That’s what the study is about.” – Dr. Kathleen Ruddy.
Dr. Ruddy shared that in the preclinical data of her 20-year observational trial, which Dr. Marik has reviewed, there wasn’t a cancer type that hadn’t been impinged upon when exposed to ivermectin, in terms of its growth and proliferation. Not one!
Dosing is discussed in this article below and also suggests:
Nebulized Ivermectin has also been proposed for direct delivery to the lungs and this could very much make sense for patients with tumors at the lungs (Ref.). In this case the authors have proposed solving Ivermectin in ethanol as described in the article. This is not a new concept to be discussed on this Blog as we have discussed similar concept for e.g. 3BP (Ref.).
