Have a friend with adenocarcinoma of the colon. Surgical removal of the mass but already had spread to lymph nodes and mesentery. They have been doing 444mg fenben daily and 24mg IVM daily with no problems for a few months. Also various other supplements. Elected to increase the IVM dose because of talk that the dose really needs to be higher in the case of IVM. Went to 60 mg a day for either 2 or 3 days. Person weighs 66 kg. They suddenly had blurry vision, couldn’t hold on to things like dropping a glass of water for no reason, etc. running into walls. After 2 days of not taking any IVM is back to normal. Is it possible they could tolerate a higher dose like that if it was very gradually increased from the original 24mg/day. Does anyone have any experience with this.

Thanks very much for your question Judy, I’ll ask our medical colleagues if they know, and hopefully come back with a considered answer.

If anyone reading this has experience with this please do drop an answer here.

Hi Judy, my colleague, a doctor, returned to note that a sudden jumping up of the dose like that is risky because IVM is a drug, it’s risky even with nutraceuticals for example.

The hope and expectation is that your friend is being monitored by a medical professional who is familiar with IVERMECTIN? If not, they really should be working with a provider.

A closing observation was that the cancer protocol is not meant to be used by anyone to self-doctor, but rather a guide for care discussions & decisions collectively from the patient & family and the care team.

Hope this helps. And of course anyone with similar or different views, hit the reply button. We’d love to see them.

Blurry vision is a side-effect of Ivermectin at very high dosing level.

I have a very active tumor that is inoperable and untreatable. (I should say “had”… I have a PET next week and am praying it comes back clear.)

I was only taking 12 mg of ivermectin a day. My doctor advised that I gradually increase the dosage by adding another 12 mg pill each day or every other day. If I had vision problems, I was to back off and go slower. I did back off a couple times, but was highly motivated to take what the dr recommended. After a couple weeks, I was able to get my dosage up to the 72 mg he recommended for my approx 140 pounds. I did have vision problems, it looked like the Northern Lights when I closed my eyes in the dark or when I tried walking around in the dark. These problems have gone away now that I am used to the amount.

On the FLCCC site, there is a Find a Provider link. That is where I found the doctor that is helping me.
