I’d like to know too. In my spare time, I sometimes produce music on my computer, and I can tell something beneficial is happening. I thought it might make sense to study monks who practice meditation, so I searched and found this: https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/tibetan-monk-meditation-brain-activity-1.3706853

Hi Kristina, I’m a retired counselor and used biofeedback to speed up mind/body skills. Both inpatient and outpatients benefited from a little pre-training and then they progressed fast with lots of different modalities. Guided meditation to initially teach self modification/relaxation skills work great too. If they do it wrong they accidentally fall asleep—oops

How do u feel about rife machines and the Wav Watch? I’m currently on protocol for long covid and looking for any and everything to help further my treatment. Great Dr with a great holistic Dr who stay in touch regarding me. I was injured due to vax as well as covid and have blood clots. Lucky to be alive as I had 7

Pulmonary embolisms and dvt’s. Still have a dvt from my left knee all the way to my groin. On eliquis for rest of my life. My dr says I’m a walking miracle however it’s a daily struggle. I felt so great on this new protocol he has me on for last month, but then I crashed hard. Unable to keep up with my walking and have so much fear of blood clots moving to my lungs again. It’s like I get better then “BOOM” I am down for the count! So discouraging! And hubby thought this would be a 3 month protocol and all would be well. Of course those were my hopes to , but no longer! I feel like this will be a life long fight and I’m so angry as this has done a number on me. My hemotologist says this is the new me, get use to it. I can no longer play tennis, run, hike , I’m so sad and have lost so many loved ones, just like everyone else, feel so lost and unloved and cry all the time! I use to be so healthy and happy and an encourager for all I was fortunate enough to meet. I ask God daily what He wants me to do after Him saving me but unfortunately I’m not getting any answers! Sorry for such a long message but thank you as it has helped me to unload! Thank u again, and interested to know your thoughts on a rife machine or wav watch??? May God continue to bless u always!!!
