  Presenting FLCCC’s first-ever achievement awards, which celebrate exceptional contributions to science, medicine, and journalism. Dr. Suzanne Gazda was honored as the Outstanding Clinical Scientist for her groundbreaking work in the field of neurology, and Dr. Flavio Cadegiani received the prize for Research Excellence. Mary Beth Pfeiffer earned the Freedom Award for Investigative Journalism for her insightful reporting on medical issues, including Lyme disease and COVID-19 treatments. Dr. Elizabeth Mumper was recognized with a Lifetime Achievement Award for her dedication to pediatric care.
