I remember Scott speaking on Baobab and I’m looking for info on it’s spike blocking effects. Does anyone remember if he said there was a study on this or was it just anecdotal? In any case I started using it and love the subtle taste. It seems to neutralize the bad taste of other powders I use.
These are two references on Baobab that I have found. I too have started sipping baobab. The taste is very mild and has got me back on track with hydration.<div>

Thanks for this.
Sharing Scott’s sub-stack which repeats this part of his presentation. Very interesting!

While on the topic of shedding, Scott had mentioned testing for spike and using a dye. Does anyone remember what he said or know how he’s recommending testing for spike? Thanks!
