    Thanks for the timely post! Great to have everything compiled in one place. Reading this I realized that both elderberry and nigella sativa have dropped off my regular prevention list. Time to add them back in!

    Think I may get some ImmuneMist or CovixRx too for traveling when putting together my own iodine solution is a bit trickier.
