Sex in the age of the Spike

What are the ramifications of sexual contact between jabbed and unjabbed individuals?

Assuming all bodily fluids are now heavily loaded with spike, what happens when a jab-discordant couple exchange body fluids? Will spike-bearing semen, by virtue of secretory antibodies, innoculate the receptive partner against one or more versions of the spike, or will it inflict collateral damage (clots, etc) on the mucus membranes, or both, or neither?

Fertility is a different kettle of fish; I’m wondering what goes on immunologically when a serodiscordant couple mates.

    Anyone have an idea?
