    Looking for more information on referring this patient to a specialist. Vision in May 2024 went from 20/40 to 20/800 in July2024. Positive for NMO/AQP4 antibody. Getting plasmapheresis this week.

    Hello Yani808.,

    Has the patient been tested for mold/mycotoxin or other toxicant induced illness? IFM.org, or I know Suzanne Gazda in Texas who has spoken on many webinars and is a specialist in neurology may be a good resource for referral in this case.
