Dr. Brian Tyson, MD, FHM, is a dedicated and board-certified family medicine physician with extensive experience in urgent care. He currently practices at All Valley Urgent Care, providing high-quality healthcare to people of all ages in Brawley and El Centro, California. Born and raised in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Dr. Tyson began his professional journey at Loma Linda University in California, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in emergency medical care.
