Dr. Brian Tyson, Senior Fellow, Family Medicine and Urgent Care
Dr. Brian Tyson, MD, FHM, is a dedicated and board-certified family medicine physician with extensive experience in urgent care. He currently practices at All Valley Urgent Care, providing high-quality healthcare to people of all ages in Brawley and El Centro, California. Born and raised in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Dr. Tyson began his professional journey at Loma Linda University in California, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in emergency medical care.
Dr. Tyson pursued his medical education at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Sint Maarten, where he excelled academically, earning his master’s degree in health science and his Doctor of Medicine with full honors. Following his graduation, Dr. Tyson completed an internship and residency in family medicine at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, California. He further specialized by completing a fellowship in hospital medicine through the Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Tyson diagnoses and treats a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, including allergies, asthma, and upper respiratory infections. He is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care.
