Intermittent Fasting, Autophagy, and Spike-Related Disease

Lecture abstract:

In my first lecture, I will discuss the treatment effects of infrared light and sauna therapy on spike protein-related diseases. I will explain how these therapies work at the cellular and metabolic levels and how they increase melatonin production, reduce inflammation, and decrease the risks of chronic inflammatory diseases.

In another lecture, I will focus on the epidemic of metabolic disease and the impact it has on chronic inflammation. I will discuss the impacts of intermittent fasting on reducing spike protein for patients with long COVID and post-vaccine syndrome, and also how it can improve everybody’s metabolic condition.

About the Speaker

A pioneer in the practice of critical care medicine, Dr. Marik has had an immeasurable impact on the practice of medicine during his 30-year career. He is responsible for developing several revolutionary protocols, most notably for treating sepsis. With over 500 peer-reviewed journal articles, 80 book chapters, and four critical care books, Dr. Marik is the second-most published critical care physician in the world.

In April 2020, Dr. Marik and seven colleagues founded FLCCC to create and share effective prevention and treatment therapies for COVID-19. Composed of readily available FDA-approved medications and supplements, the FLCCC protocols have been used by patients and healthcare professionals globally.

Dr. Marik’s career in medicine began in 1989 in Soweto, South Africa. He moved to the United States in 1992, working at Wayne State University, Detroit Receiving Hospital, and several other facilities in the northeast U.S. before eventually settling at East Virginia Medical School (EVMS) in 2009. In early 2022, Dr. Marik retired from his position at EVMS to dedicate more time to leading the FLCCC and fighting to protect the doctor-patient relationship.
